Deliveries within Bulgaria

Sports store www.voleibolenmagazin.com delivers its shipments within the territory of Bulgaria through the services of Speedy courier company.

Upon receiving an order, we do NOT call our customers to confirm it. We use email for this purpose, which reduces our costs and consequently the final price of the products you pay for.

If necessary, we will contact you by phone or email to clarify details such as the final price, delivery time and address any of your questions and conditions.

For each change in the status of your order, you will receive an email at the address you provided with details.

Once the package has been handed over to the couriers, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track its location.

Delivery Price via Speedy*:

Cost: 5.50 BGN (the cost is fixed and includes delivery, packaging, and order preparation)

For orders over 100 BGN, delivery within Bulgaria is free! (the delivery cost is not included in this amount)

Effective from 01.07.2023 - for a combined order of several products over 100 BGN and subsequent refusal of a product, where the total value of the purchased products falls below 100 BGN, the store will deduct 5.50 BGN from the amount to be refunded to the customer. This amount represents the initial delivery cost of the order from our store to the customer.

• Office-Office - please specify in which office you wish to receive it when completing the order
• Cash on Delivery - payment upon receipt of the order
• Priority Hour - delivery at/before/after a specified hour - please specify your request for this service in the "Notes" field! Additional cost of the service - 2.40 BGN.
• Inspection of the package before payment - included free of charge!

* The delivery cost includes: Office-Door (or Office-Office) delivery, cash on delivery (if applicable), and package inspection. It does not include additional services such as Priority Hour, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Times in Bulgaria:

Usually, all packages leave our warehouse the same day and at the latest on the first working day after the order.

The usual delivery time in Bulgaria is 1-2 working days. Couriers deliver packages mostly before noon unless otherwise arranged.

For deliveries in locations serviced by the courier on a schedule, a longer delivery time may be possible.

In case of a delay on our part (lack of ordered goods) or a delay by the courier, we will promptly contact you to notify you of the changed delivery times.

Payments and Payment Information

If incorrect or incomplete data is provided (delivery address, contact phone), Sports store www.voleibolenmagazin.com does not commit to fulfilling the order.

By completing an order at Sports store www.voleibolenmagazin.com, you agree to prepay for your order if such payment method is chosen.

For Bulgaria:

Currently, the possible payment methods for orders delivered within Bulgaria are:

• Card payment - debit or credit through our myPOS virtual POS terminal.
• Cash on delivery - you pay cash or by card directly to the courier.
• Bank transfer - useful if you wish to receive and invoice in advance (NGOs, schools, government, companies)

Further details:

• Accepted card types: debit, credit, and business cards Visa and Mastercard and others
• Transactions are carried out through the security programs VISA Secure and MasterCard Identity check.
• For security reasons, the maximum payment amount by card is 8000 BGN.
• We do not store bank card data used for payment through the site. (absolutely inaccessible in their entirety to our team)
• In case a refund is necessary for a payment made by bank card, the amount is refunded to the card used for the payment.
• In case a refund is necessary for a payment made by cash on delivery, we will need your bank account to transfer the funds.

Complaints and Returns

Complaints regarding the condition of the goods or discrepancies with the ordered goods are possible only upon receipt of the goods from the courier. If a discrepancy is found, the return costs are covered by Sports store www.voleibolenmagazin.com. If problems with a complaint arise, please contact us at 0885 10 83 86 to rectify the issues promptly.

Returning goods in case of "product refusal" is possible up to 30 working days after the delivery date in accordance with Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria. Such a request must be made in writing to the email address [email protected].

• The goods must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received, accompanied by the original receipt and invoice (if issued).
• The packaging must not be torn or show signs of opening (not applicable to the packaging bags of balls).
• During the period mentioned above, the goods must not show any external/internal signs of use and must be carefully stored in appropriate conditions, ensuring their quality.
• The return costs are entirely borne by the customer, and the return is made to an address/office of Speedy specified by an employee of R.E.P. Trading Ltd.
• The value of the goods is refunded 100% by bank transfer to an IBAN provided in writing by the customer, as soon as possible after receiving the goods, but no later than 30 days from the date of the return request.
• When returning goods by courier, it is necessary to mark "Inspection before receipt" so that we can inspect the package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned packages without "inspection before receipt".
• R.E.P. Trading Ltd reserves the right to refuse the return of goods and not refund the amount paid by the customer if one or more return conditions are violated.

For hygienic reasons and in connection with Art. 55, para. 4 of the CPA, the return of the following types of products in case of "product refusal" is not possible:

• Sports underwear
• Underwear
• Socks
• Umpire whistles
• First aid articles (not applicable to first aid bags and trolleys) and textile tapes

Product Warranty

Sports store www.voleibolenmagazin.com offers the following commercial warranty against manufacturing defects for all offered goods from the following groups:

• 3 months commercial warranty: balls, shoes, clothing (including textiles and knee pads, sleeves, hats, etc.)
• 6 months commercial warranty: bags and backpacks, equipment for halls and courts (nets, antennas, baskets, poles, etc.), accessories (excluding consumables such as ball needles, valves, glycerin, tape, etc.)

The commercial warranty of the goods offered on the site does not cover normal wear and tear of the equipment due to its use (correct or incorrect), for example:

• abrasion at points of contact (e.g., seams of a ball or a ball bag)
• tearing of clothes or other textiles in a place other than a factory seam
• wear of the insole or outsole of shoes
• improper use of the equipment (use of laminated balls in water, aggressive drying of the equipment, or improper storage (high humidity, temperature, direct sunlight), wear of the outsole due to an aggressive surface like asphalt, etc.)
• punctured ball or leaking valve (due to improper inflation with a "dry" needle or exceeding the prescribed pressure)

Sports store www.voleibolenmagazin.com, in compliance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act, offers a 24-month legal warranty for conformity on all products offered on the site.

To take advantage of either type of warranty for products purchased from us, you need to contact us in writing via email at [email protected] and provide the following information:

• a description of the defect (photos showing the defect are highly recommended, as sometimes this alone is sufficient for us to accept your claim!)
• an approximate date of purchase (please always keep the receipt (invoice), but if you have lost it and can provide us with accurate details of your purchase such as order number, name, phone number, etc., to help us determine the date, this is also an option!)

From there, we will contact you to clarify the details, and if necessary, ask you to send us the product for inspection. This will be at our expense (within the same territory where the product was initially delivered)!

Your remaining warranty period will be paused from the date the claim is submitted until the completion of the procedure (return of the original product or replacement/refund of the paid amount). Please note that the replaced product does not come with a new warranty period; the initial warranty period continues, extended by the duration of the claim process, starting from the date of the original delivery.
