Delivery
-
We usually dispatch orders on the same day when they are placed before 17:00. In most cases, the parcel is delivered to you on the next business day.
For locations served by the courier company on a specific schedule, delivery is made according to that schedule. During busier periods, delivery may take up to 2 business days.
*Note: Some products may have an extended delivery time because they are available only from our supplier’s warehouse. In such cases, the specific delivery time is shown in the description of the relevant product.
-
In Bulgaria, delivery from our store has a fixed price of up to €3.50 for orders with a value of up to €75. For orders over €75, delivery is free.
Since the delivery price is fixed, you can order more than one product and still pay a maximum of €3.50 for standard delivery within Bulgaria.
*Note: The stated price does not include additional courier services, which are charged separately, such as Saturday home address delivery and similar services. If part of an order is returned and the original order value was over €75, thus making the new order value under this amount, the store reserves the right to deduct the initial transport cost of €3.50.
-
Couriers usually start their working day by making deliveries first, so they can free up space in their vehicles for new parcels collected during the day.
Before the delivery, the courier company will usually contact you by SMS or Viber with additional information about the expected delivery time, when this service is available for the relevant location. The message may also include options to manage the parcel, such as postponing the delivery, redirecting it to a courier office, or choosing another convenient option.
For greater convenience, we recommend choosing delivery to a courier office. This way, you can collect your order at a time that suits you, without having to wait for delivery to a specific address.
-
Yes, for domestic deliveries in Bulgaria, you can choose delivery to a Speedy office.
This option is convenient if you will not be available at your address during the day or if you prefer to collect the parcel yourself from a Speedy office that is convenient for you. To choose office delivery, simply enter the name or address of the preferred Speedy office in the final step of your order.
-
At the moment, we work only with Speedy for domestic deliveries in Bulgaria.
We have chosen this courier because the service is convenient, well known to customers, and allows delivery both to an address and to a courier office. If we need an additional delivery option in the future, we will consider other alternatives.

Specific product questions

Both balls are high-quality laminated competitive volleyballs at the top level. The difference between the V200W and the V300W is that the V200W's synthetic leather surface features additional micro-texture, in addition to the larger dimples visible in the photos. Another distinction is that the V200W's surface contains micro silicone spheres that further enhance grip when the skin is moist.
-
During the production of the synthetic leather used for the surface of this ball, nano-sized silicone spheres are added to the mixture. Their microscopic size allows them to distribute evenly throughout the entire material. The spheres that remain on the surface of the leather—and thus on the ball—provide additional grip when the ball is played with moist (sweaty) skin, helping to prevent slipping.

Both models, Erreà Tokyo and Erreà Tokyo Evolution, are made for professional players who train and compete intensely. The key differences are in the fit, sleeve design, and overall feel on the leg, not in the level of protection
Both versions use dual-layer foam over the kneecap (patella) for effective shock absorption during impacts, defensive play, and frequent contact with the court. This makes them suitable for both official matches and intense training sessions.
Unlike some models, such as ASICS Performance knee pads, the foam in Erreà Tokyo and Tokyo Evolution is not pre-formed. This is a big plus for many volleyball players. Non-preformed padding naturally fits the shape of the knee and moves with the joint. This leads to a more stable and comfortable fit without stiffness or bulk, while still offering good protection.
The main difference between the two models lies in the sleeve design:
- Erreà Tokyo Evolution has a longer sleeve and tighter knit, providing a more secure feel on the leg. This is particularly valued by players who want extra stability during quick movements and jumps.
- Erreà Tokyo (standard model)has slightly less compression, making it a great choice for players who want the same protection but with more freedom around the calf and thigh.
-
Unfortunately, the VLS300 has been discontinued and our stock is sold out. Its successor in the new collection is the BV550C, a ball that also features some new characteristics: a dimpled surface for more stable flight and a unique valve with a sand-proof valve.
-
That’s completely normal. The BV550C’s surface is intentionally smoother out of the box - players have reported it feels slick at first. However, as you play and the ball interacts with the sand, the surface quickly mattes over. It then offers grip and handling very similar to the old VLS300, while still delivering a truer, more stable flight.
General product questions
-
When choosing a volleyball, the most important factors are playing environment (indoor or beach), level of play, and ball construction. Indoor volleyballs are designed for controlled grip, stable flight, and precise passing, while beach volleyballs prioritize water resistance and durability against the elements, including sand and sunlight. Match-level volleyballs typically feature laminated panels, microfiber or synthetic leather covers, and balanced internal pressure for consistent performance. For training or recreational use, durability and price-to-performance ratio are key considerations.
-
A high-quality volleyball can last several seasons with proper care. Indoor volleyballs used in controlled gym environments tend to last longer than beach volleyballs, which are exposed to sand, moisture, and UV radiation. Regular inflation checks (no overinflation), proper storage (no unnecessary sun and heat exposure), and using the ball for its intended surface significantly extend its lifespan. Investing in a well-constructed volleyball often results in better performance over time and lower replacement costs.
-
The main difference lies in how the panels are bonded. Laminated volleyballs use heat and pressure to fuse the panels, creating a seamless surface with excellent shape retention and water resistance. Sewn volleyballs rely on stitched panels, which can allow slight deformation over time and absorb moisture more easily. Laminated construction is now the standard for match and high-level training indoor volleyballs, while for beach volleyballs, sewn construction is still the best because humidity and heat can cause laminated models to deteriorate faster.
-
Beach volleyballs are slightly larger, lighter, and softer, with a surface designed to resist moisture and sand absorption. Their construction ensures better grip even when the skin is sweaty, and the lower internal pressure is optimized for outdoor play. Indoor volleyballs, by contrast, are firmer and tuned for speed, accuracy, and controlled indoor conditions. Using the correct ball type is essential for both performance and comfort.
-
Laminated volleyballs offer superior performance due to their consistent roundness, predictable flight, and longer lifespan. They are preferred for competitive play and intensive training. Sewn volleyballs are more common in entry-level or recreational models, where affordability is a priority. Sewn balls are the currently the only viable option for beach volleyball, because heat and moisture do not allow for usage of lamination technology. For players who value control, touch, and reliability for indoor volleyball play, laminated volleyballs are the better long-term investment.

The choice of volleyball knee pads should be aligned with the level of play, court position, and training intensity. In advanced competitive and high-intensity training environments, key factors include effective impact cushioning, secure fit, and durability for frequent contact with indoor court surfaces.
For juniors and senior players, proven solutions include models such as Errea Tokyo Evolution and Mizuno VS1 Ultra, available on our website in various colors and sizes. They are designed for intensive indoor play and offer an optimal balance between protection and freedom of movement. Thanks to their anatomical shape and reliable protective zones, these models provide excellent protection, fast dives, and confidence in every action - without a feeling of heaviness or restricted movement.
For children and young volleyball players, an excellent choice is Mizuno Team JNR. They are adapted to children’s anatomy and provide the necessary protection during learning and training, while helping build correct habits and confidence on the court from an early age.
Whether you choose a model from Errea, Mizuno, or another brand, properly selected knee pads are a key part of your equipment. Beyond the level of protection, correct sizing is essential—the knee pads should fit securely without excessive compression. The right size does not interfere with blood circulation, supports normal muscle function, and contributes to better recovery and reduced fatigue during and after physical load.

Choosing the right volleyball shoes starts with understanding your position and how you move on the court. Different roles in volleyball place different demands on footwear, so matching your shoes to your playing style improves both performance and comfort.
-
Setters usually benefit from lightweight volleyball shoes with a low, responsive profile, allowing quick transitions, fast footwork, and precise positioning under the ball.
-
Outside hitters and opposite hitters rely on explosive jumps and powerful take-offs, so shoes with strong cushioning and lateral stability help absorb impact and maintain control during repeated attacks.
-
Middle blockers place high stress on their footwear due to frequent jumping and rapid lateral movements along the net. For this position, stability, midfoot support, and reliable grip are especially important.
-
Liberos and defensive specialists often prioritize agility, court feel, and traction for quick reactions, low defensive stances, and rapid changes of direction.
Beyond position, it’s essential to consider fit, ventilation, and durability - especially if you train multiple times per week or play long matches. A secure fit improves confidence during fast rallies, while breathable materials help maintain comfort throughout the game.
Investing in shoes
-
-
Volleyball shoes are engineered specifically for the explosive demands of volleyball, where rapid lateral movement, frequent jumping, and controlled landings are constant. They provide superior grip on indoor courts, helping players stay stable during defensive slides, quick approach steps, and sudden changes of direction.
Unlike regular indoor sports shoes, volleyball shoes feature targeted cushioning in the forefoot and heel to absorb impact from repeated take-offs, blocks, and attack landings. Enhanced midfoot stability supports lateral control during blocking and transition play, while a low, responsive profile improves court feel for precise footwork.
The special volleyball models from brands such as Adidas, Mizuno, Asics, and Nike are developed with volleyball-specific biomechanics in mind. This results in better balance, improved confidence at the net and in defense, and reduced fatigue during long rallies and high-intensity matches. The difference is especially noticeable in stability, responsiveness, and overall control on the court.
